Refund & Cancellation Policy – Neko Spirit

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made on the Neko Spirit website at www.neko-spirit.com, operated by SIA Edy365.com (Latvia, EU).

Please read this Policy carefully before completing any purchase. By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Policy.


1. What We Sell

Neko Spirit sells one-time access to digital content β€” specifically, a private collection of pre-recorded videos and digital media produced for the Neko Spirit fictional creator project.

The current purchase is a single payment of €9.99 which grants lifetime personal access to the premium content section of the website. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing.

2. General Refund Policy

Because our products are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) which provides an exemption for digital content where the consumer has given prior express consent to the supply beginning before the end of the withdrawal period.

At the moment of purchase, you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that this means you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. This is standard practice for digital content purchases under EU consumer law.

3. When We Do Issue Refunds

Notwithstanding the above, we will issue a full refund in the following situations:

  • Technical failure: You paid successfully but were unable to access the content due to a technical error on our side, and we were unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days of your report.
  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • Withdrawal before access: You request a refund before accessing any paid content (i.e., before the digital content delivery has begun), within 14 days of purchase.
  • Required by law: Where applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires a refund regardless of digital content exemptions.

4. When We Do Not Issue Refunds

We do not issue refunds in the following circumstances:

  • You have already accessed the paid content and simply changed your mind
  • You claim you did not intend to make the purchase, but access logs show the content was accessed
  • You are requesting a refund more than 30 days after the purchase date (except where required by law)
  • The refund request is made after initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team before filing any dispute with your bank or payment provider:

Please include in your email:

  • The email address used at the time of purchase
  • The approximate date of purchase

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Once a refund is issued, your access to the paid content will be revoked.

7. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@neko-spirit.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately revoke access to all purchased content
  • Dispute the chargeback with supporting evidence (purchase records, access logs, IP data)
  • Permanently ban the associated account or email from future purchases

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and will provide full transaction documentation to payment processors and card networks when disputing them.

8. No Subscriptions β€” No Cancellation Required

Neko Spirit does not offer subscription plans or recurring billing at this time. All purchases are one-time payments. There is nothing to cancel β€” once you purchase, your access is lifetime and no further charges will be made.

9. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of Latvia and applicable European Union consumer protection regulations, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and GDPR. Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
