This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made on the Neko Spirit website at www.neko-spirit.com, operated by SIA Edy365.com (Latvia, EU).

Neko Spirit sells one-time access to digital content β specifically, a private collection of pre-recorded videos and digital media produced for the Neko Spirit fictional creator project.
The current purchase is a single payment of β¬9.99 which grants lifetime personal access to the premium content section of the website. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing.
2. General Refund Policy
Because our products are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) which provides an exemption for digital content where the consumer has given prior express consent to the supply beginning before the end of the withdrawal period.
At the moment of purchase, you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that this means you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. This is standard practice for digital content purchases under EU consumer law.
